Great bistro with a summer terrace in the middle of a huge park. Small menu: everything is prepared a la minute, that sometimes takes a while, but it's worth it. Good wine selection and fair prices. Friendly service.

A hidden gem of Uckermark, Bistro in Lychen, is something you may be surprised to find. At least, I was surprised. Something which we always keen to find in a big city ran 100 km away from Berlin Central Station, into the peaceful forest and lakes heaven of the Uckermark region. The Bistro found a home in the Kaiser time building, beginning of the XX century, saved and restored. The couple, who runs the Bistro, created a unique cosy atmosphere, though their dedication and love. Let Claudia help you to find the drink you will enjoy, from the untypical selection of german wines, cocktails or beers. Let Jürgen cook something for you, from the fresh regional components, remarkably tasty, made with passion. Let Chempo the dog to entertain you a bit (when he is not sleeping in the corner). Incredible experience, highly recommended.

We love fresh, well cooked food and were looking for a place in Lychen. Due to the many 5-star ratings, we decided on the pleasure discoverers and after two evenings (in a row !!! eating there once was just not enough;)) we can say: Yes, they earned the full number of points. They have a small, weekly changing menu and are based on the season and regional products - great! What was conjured up from it convinced us. Super tasty, friendly service and two very nice and warm hosts who are passionate about their restaurant. That should not be missed. Hence also from us: Five fat stars and three hearts from us on top :)

Insanely great food, super warm host couple and wonderfully cozy surroundings. Finally a new asset for Lychen. The pasta and chocolate cakes are particularly recommended. Salad and tarte flambée (Jürgen’s Special) as well ... oh actually everything is really great and made with a lot of love, as is the service. Just remember to call so that the gates open to enjoy the delicacies

In short, top advice, and the wines ... more than selected. I'm excited. I can only recommend it to every guest and resident in Lychen.

I love something special and immediately fell in love with the enchanting gourmet wine house. The owner and her husband immediately convinced me with their expertise and passion. I am still very grateful to a friend for this insider tip and I always enjoy going back there. There is so much attention to detail in this place and the advice on the crying is absolutely great. You can also buy great and special vegetable gifts there. The delicious food is also highly recommended. There is a changing and very tasty little menu. The tarte flambée tastes particularly good. Creative, top advice and super friendly. The owner has a high claim for herself. The customer should find what he likes. Everyday wines for less than 10 € with the advice? Where do you find that? So far not in Poing! You will not be talked into, you will not be persuaded and I was allowed to taste some wines. We were looking for a special wine .... Drunk on a cruise, unfortunately nowhere found. Until we came across this small, very charming and customer-oriented wine shop. We did not find this wine, because it is filled especially for the Aida group, thanks to excellentee bursting, and this despite delays, we found a wine that tastes even better!
